DESCRIPTION
GREAT CRESTED GREBE COURTSHIP DISPLAY II is a fine art print from the BIRDS collection.
Pictured in the image is the courtship display of two great crested grebes (Podiceps cristatus). From a low point of view, a few centimeters above the water level, I photographed these two grebes during their courtship display on a location close to the IJsselmeer.
This image was awarded highly commended in the international nature photography competitions BioPhotoContest 2021 and Fotonoja 2021.
